I take care of the basics each and every visit. I wash floors by hand. It's more efficient and gets them fully clean. My rate covers all tasks. I don't charge more for hard work.

I'm available bi-weekly, weekly, 

and monthly. Getting ready for a party or last minute guests?  On occasion, I can be there in a pinch.

I am comfortable working around pets and people. My clients, over the years, are sometimes gone, sometimes home, or sometimes in and out. Cats and dogs get used to me in no time.

Need extra help with the garage or some bark spreading or weeding? I've cleaned a few garages and storage units in my time.

I modify my service, working with your needs. It’s always easy to mix it up with me - a different special project each time, for example. Just talk to me or leave me a note, and I'll get started.

I am consistently careful with your home and your belongings and am fully insured as a business. I've never needed to use the insurance in the hundreds of hours I worked.
